    Getting to the City
Airport Taxi Don Muang Airport is 25 km (15 mi) from the city center. The airport taxi takes you
to any hotel and address. The fare is 400 baht per car. Check with airport taxi
counter at the airport.
Limousine Baht 500-600 per car to any hotel in Bangkok. Contact limousine counter.
Public Taxi Baht 300 per car (approx.) both metered taxis and non metered taxis are available
at public taxi counter near the exit.
Airport Bus There are 3 routes of the Airport Bus :
A-1  goes to Silom Road business district via Pratunam and Ratchadamri Road.
The bus stops at big hotels like Indra Regent, Grand Hyatt Erawan, the Regent
Bangkok, and Dusit Thani. This is the recommended route for tourists and visitors.
A-2  goes to Sanam Luang via Phayathai Road, Lan Luang Road, Ratdamnoen
Klang Road and Tanao Road.
A-3  goes to Phrakanong district via Sukhumvit Road.
The fare is 70 baht.
Other Options There are other options to go from Don Muang Airport to the city :
By Train  -  From 2 a.m. to 8.10 p.m. Contact Don Muang station opposite
Donmuang Airport. The fare is 5-20  baht. 
By Local Bus - You can also catch local air-conditioned buses on the main road
that passes the airport.  Check for information at the airport first.
By Boat - Baht 700 per person, this is special arrangement from some big hotels
on the bank of Chao Phraya River.
Remark : For the first visit it is easier to take Airport Taxi or Airport Limousine to your hotel. Right now the elevated toll way is finished and travelling from the airport to town is faster using the toll way.
