So far I have already taken about 1,600 pictures and there are some more tips that I would like
to  share my experiences.
9) White Balance - One Push Mode.  One of the useful White Balance functions is the
One Push Mode. To try this, first select One Push then aim the camera at a white object
such as paper and press Triangle.JPG (2765 bytes). The camera will store new White Balance condition in its
memory. The two pictures below are scaled down from its original sizes and each one was
sharpen once, and without any further modifications. The left picture with the White Balance
set at One Push while the right picture with the White Balance set at Outdoor. You can
see that the left picture is better even if the right picture would be modified by Photoshop
the contrast will be too obvious and not as good as the left one.

10) Save Your Pictures on 700 MB CD-R.  At present the standard size CD-R with 700 MB
storage capacity is quite cheap. It is 15 - 35 Baht (US. 33 - 78 cents) a piece in Bangkok.
To be sure that you do not miss any pictures taken I would recommend the followings :
1. Use Photoshop to open the picture folder from your camera. Review each picture and
grouping them into seperate folders in your PC.
2. Format CD-R 700 MB disc.
3. Copy a folder from the PC and paste into the CD-R using a CD-R/CD-RW drive.
By doing this you will have a permanent storage of your pictures that can be carried away
and used anywhere.
