The Crocodile Farm & Zoo is located at Samut-
prakarn province, about 25 kms from Bangkok
city center. This farm was founded in 1950, and
has been expanded and improved for great
tourist attractions.

The Guiness Book of Records
The largest crocodile ever held in captivity
is an Estuarine/Siamese hybrid named
"Yai" (b.10 June 1972) at the famous
Samutprakarn Crocodile Farm & Zoo,
Thailand. He measures 6m (19 ft 8 in) in
length and weighs 1,114.27 kg (2,465 lb).
