am Phaya floating market is located at Tambon Lam Phaya,
Banglen District in Nakhon Pathom Province. It is about
55 kilometers from Bangkok. This floating market is active
on Saturday and Sunday where a lot of local people come
to sell fruits, vegetables, desserts, and many kinds of
foods. Also, at the floating market which is in the compound
of Wat Lamphya, there are souvenir shops. Visitors can
see demonstration of the traditional way of making
"Khao Hom Mali" rice and one can try to do it.
