Sao Chaliang            Natural Rock Formation

Location Map GPS :  15.4043477,105.5010005 Sao Chaliang is located on highway No.2112, on the way to Pha Taem, about 11 kilometers from Khong Chiam district office. This natural rock formation forms a mushroom-like mass. Fissilised seashells, pebbles and sand can be seen in the stone slabs. Geologists believed the area must have been on the seabed about 1,000,000 years ago.         Back to Pha Taem
