- Video Clip 1 Canon G9 video capturing can be selected from : Hi-resolution (1024x768 @15fps), can not zoom. Standard (640x480 @ 30 fps), can zoom in/out** Standard (320x240 @ 30 fps), can zoom in/out** Compact (160x120 @15 fps), for e-mail. Note : **Digital zoom. As an example, video shots were made with 640x480 resolution then 3 files were merged into one file using Ulead VideoStudio10 and converted into .wmv file format. The bit rate 250 Kbits/second was used, after that it was posted into this web page. Quality of the original video or movie clip is quite good when view from a TV. The hi-resolution video is very good. Tip for Recording Video Shots to DVD Recorder 1. Connect the AV Out from G9 to DVD recorder. 2. Press the Picture Viewing button of G9. 3. Press Menu button, select Slide Show and press Function Set. 4. Select Movies, then Start, and press Function Set. The Slide Show will begin for videos only. 5.
