Progress of Bangkoksite.com
(Year-end 1999 and January 2000)
December 1999 For December, we visited Ayutthaya (Ancient Old Capital) twice and more detailed
web pages with beautiful pictures were made. At the end of the month we visited
Lopburi Province, Pasak Jolasid Dam, and Sunflower Fields.

January 1-9
In the first week of January we revisited some interesting tourist attractions in
Bangkok,
Wat Benchamabophit, Phra Sumeru Fortress, and Vimanmek and other
buildings in the Dusit Palace. Improvements were made for related web pages and
new pictures were added. We also updated and improved the "Bangkoksite Varieties"
page. Also, during the new year holidays we re-designed several "Flip Banners" for
our customers.
January 15-16 Bangkok has a great deal of interesting places. The Golden Buddha Sukhothai Traimit
located at Wat Traimit Witthayaram (near Hua Lam Pong railway station) is a must
and we have added more information and pictures for our visitors.

The new web page on
"Chinatown Bangkok" is added on January 16, 2000. Actually,
Bangkok has a very large area where Chinese live and do their businesses. The term
Chinatown means the area which started in the past where Chinese merchants moved
to Sampeng, Charoen Krung, Yaowarat, etc.

Bangkok main railway station is called "Hua Lam Pong". It is over 100 years old.
We bring you latest pictures of this railway station
