Some Experiences and Comments for Canon Pro 1
|
| 5. Super Macro
Mode. We can shoot subjects in Super Macro mode when the distance from the tip of the lens to the subject is from 3 to 30 cms. This means that we can get even closer to the subject, especially useful for shooting small subjects. Hovever, the resolution can only be set to the maximum of 2272 x 1704 pixels. ![]() Picture 5 Super Macro mode ![]() Picture 6 Super Macro mode |
Test
Results Pictures 5 and 6 were shot in the office with ceiling type fluorescent lamps. There is no special lighting, and I shot 6 pictures of each flower to be sure that at least one of them should be good enough. This is what I said before that at low light (low for Canon Pro 1) the focusing is rather difficult and that effects the sharpness of the picture. So if you are not sure just take several pictures for selection, but this can be a little annoyed for indoor low light conditions. ![]() Picture 7 The cut and try methods at low light. I will shoot more pictures using Super Macro mode outdoor and post them later on. Back to Pro 1 Main Page |
